Please take note of the following important information:
- Fees are payable per month over twelve (12) monthly installments from 30 December until 30th November. The initial registration fee is payable upon registration.
- The tuition fees are payable in advance on the 30th of each prior month (January – December). If the fees have not been paid by the 3rd of the current month we reserve the right to suspend the student from school until the fees have been paid. Please arrange a STOP order with your bank.
- The payment of school fees is outlined in the Andrews Academy Terms and Conditions and must be adhered to.
- The curriculum fees are payable in advance for each term:
- 1st October for Term 1, 1st February for Term 2, 1st May for Term 3, 1st August for Term 4
- Cambridge progression tests and Grade 7 Exams are included as per the above schedule.

- The Cambridge-endorsed textbooks may be ordered online or purchased at selected textbook stores. Refer to Andrews Academy Textbook List for more details.
- Class tests are written in the 1st and 3rd terms and based on work completed in these terms.
- Internal exams in June are based on both 1st and 2nd term work and the November internal exams are based on the full year’s work. All internal exams and tests are included at no additional cost and are used to determine the readiness of students to write the Cambridge exams.
- Full-time students attend all classes and study periods. Part-time students attend school from 8am, however, they may leave after their last class of the day. All students are required to attend the assembly and are expected to complete their homework or study during the study periods. These are not regarded as “free” periods.
- All the rules in the Andrews Academy Code of Conduct, including uniform requirements, must be adhered to for both full-time and part-time students.
